By accessing or using YotPost, the yacht crew job board and direct recruitment platform operated by MarSoft AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) (collectively, “the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
YotPost is a direct yacht crew job board operated by MarSoft AI. Captains and yacht managers post yacht crew job openings, and crew candidates apply directly. Crew accounts and direct applications are free. Employer posting charges are waived during beta; after beta, each employer receives one free posting and additional postings are planned at €50 each. Our sister product CrewRef provides digitally verifiable crew references and is linked from this site.
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at crewpost@marsoft.ai of any unauthorized access.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3.4 You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
4.1 You retain full ownership of your content (job postings, applications, CVs, profiles). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the Services.
4.2 You represent that all content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. You must have authority to post on behalf of the vessel or company.
4.3 MarSoft AI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content, including crew qualifications or job posting details.
Job postings must be for legitimate yacht crew positions. No discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate postings.
Applications are shared directly with the posting captain. Captains must handle applicant data responsibly in accordance with GDPR. YotPost is not responsible for hiring decisions.
Confidential jobs may be posted with limited visibility. Captains control who sees their postings.
Job sharing generates a copyable job posting link. YotPost does not auto-post to any external platform; you decide where and with whom to share the link.
Interviews and recordings may use optional Google Meet integrations. The organization scheduling or recording an interview is responsible for informing participants, obtaining all legally required consent, and complying with employment, privacy, and recording laws. YotPost does not record a meeting unless the relevant integration is enabled and consent is confirmed.
Job Agent is a coming-soon preview. Saved criteria, tracked links, statuses, and notes may be available for testing, but automated external discovery, Telegram delivery, and WhatsApp delivery are not currently operational. Preview output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently verified.
During beta, all employer job postings are free. After beta, each employer account receives one free posting and additional postings are planned at €50 each. Crew accounts, browsing YotPost jobs, and direct applications remain free. If payments are enabled, they are processed by Stripe, with applicable refund terms shown before purchase.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARSOFT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarSoft AI from all claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
We may terminate your access at any time. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
