During beta, employer job postings are free. After beta, each published employer job post costs €50. There is no employer subscription required, and crew accounts remain free.
The €50-per-post option is for captains who are already recruiting directly or cannot justify the expense of full agency support for a particular vacancy. It is not an argument against agencies and does not attempt to reproduce the individual service a professional recruiter provides.
